Destination Jobs has organized well over 100 job fairs during the past 20 years. Every one of those events has been conducted as a collaboration of businesses, community based organizations and government agencies.
Job-seekers will find our job fairs provide a supportive environment where each individual is treated with dignity and respect. Our community and government partners will be available to offer information and support services to participants with many important issues including: child care, family resources, job search assistance, job training, transportation resources and more.
We provide comfortable space at each event where job-seekers can complete application forms and interview with employers. We have interpreters available if needed. We also provide free copying service at each event.
Each job-seeker will receive a comprehensive list of employers participating at the job fair. This list will include detailed employer contact information and a list of positions being offered by employers at the event.
Our job fairs are open to any employer or jobseeker. They are not limited to only one industry or career field. Every job fair will have employers offering a wide variety of careers and positions. Typical positions being offered at our job fairs include: accounting, administrative, assembly, banking, call center, clerical, computer, construction, customer service, data entry, drivers, education, financial services, health care, human resources, janitorial, machine operator, maintenance, management, mechanic, medical, nursing, packaging, receptionist, restaurant, retail, sales, secretary, shipping, social services, supervisor, technician, warehouse and welding.
